GEM takes pride in being a family-owned-and-operated company with over 40 years of experience in all aspects of the wastewater industry. We have licensed operators on staff providing emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. They have also been certified by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation as 3A operators since 1989 and 2A operators since 2010.
